Volunteer

Please email info@runlikeazebra.com or call or text 906-367-5404 and explain how you would like to volunteer! We can use many volunteers before race day and on race day (before, during, and after the race).

Before the race

• Facility set-up (Friday night before the race) • Solicit business donations • Promote event • Promote website • Equipment hauling (day before the race)

Race day

• Food distribution • Water tables on race course • Race cheerleaders and direction control • Traffic and race direction control • Medical tent • Facility clean-up • Kids’ Fun Fest volunteers for games, bouncy house, and food.

Things we looking for

• Raffle basket and items to put in baskets • Goody bag items (small promotional items, etc) We will fill about 150 bags • Canopy • Fruit for racers • Water bottles for the racers • Gatorade for the racers • Granola bars for the racers and the volunteers • Donuts and breakfast pastries for the volunteers • Anything with zebra print! We can use gift bags, decorations, giveaways, just about anything!

Volunteer Meetings

Run Like a Zebra Volunteer Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month on Zoom at 10:45 AM CST/11:45 AM EST.
